コーデックスライブラリは、プレイヤーが旅先で見つけたテキストを保存する場所です。それらはメモであったり、手紙であったり、伝承に富んだ物語であったりする[1]。

コーデックスのユーザーインターフェースは、各レースのエントリーをフィルタリングするためのタブを備えた大きなウィンドウになっています。レースをクリックすると、見つかった本がリストに表示されます。各本のタイトルをクリックすると、読書エリアのテキストが横に表示されます。

コーデックス・ライブラリーを開くためのホットキーは[L]です。
