    TIPS:

    🐼 ➀ keep broad eye:

                   1 we sometimes watch ball too much,

                      and we cant find path in field.

                   2 we sometimes focus on attack motion,

                      and forget to observe opponent

                   3 we sometimes solve with ourself,

                      and forget to pass teammate

                      1 vs 5    or    5 vs 5

    🐼 ② keep heart beat speed

 

                   1 when we get tired,

                     our muscles become stiff with non = necessary power.

                   2 breath tempo,

                      help to keep your heart beat calm.

                   3 keep cool face & stable walk pace 💪

                      audience will predict, you have more power 💪💪

 

    🐼 ③ move without prepair motion

                   1 when you relax,                   muscle moves fast. 

                   2 when you use leg muscle,   arm move with small prepair motion

                   3 when you stop motion,        move  prediction is hard

                   4 when you counter,               usually muscle moves faster.

                   5 if every muscle move at the same timing, fast

    🐼 ④step practice

                   1 side step                  =  move around all field

                   2 front step                 =  also attack chance to opponent. be sensitive.

                   3 back step                 =  dodge roll

 

    🐼⑤ when twist muscle, muscle usually become stiff 

                   1 twist muscle = streach of muscle

                   2 streach of muscle = muscle become stiff

                   3 stiff muscle, stop wave of muscle power 

                   (  martial art professional, twist muscle without stop muscle power  )

 

    🐼⑥ send power = wave smooth

                   1 when muscle stiff,

                      arm muscle stop power = wave from shoulder muscle

                   2 when send power, relax is best

    🐼⑦ lend weight to leg

                   1 when we carry a backpack,  backpack's weight, move into back.

                   2 lend weight of upper body, to leg.                               

                      ( when success, you feel leg become heavy )               

    🐼⑧ to get clear mind

 

                   1  image, non move water (明鏡止水)

                   2  relax

                   3  breath

                   4 image your body non move, when moves

                   5 image body, sink into ground (鍾離先生)
