SnortoiseはDon't Starve Togetherのイベント「The Forge」の敵モブです。イベント内で3番目に出現するモブであり、見た目は亀で金属製のトゲ付き甲羅を身に着けています。

Snortoiseには甲羅のトゲを突き出す範囲攻撃と体力が少なくなってきたときに行うスピンアタックの2パターンの攻撃方法があります。またある程度ダメージを受けると殻の中に閉じこもり攻撃を無効化する能力も持っています。防御された場合は武器のアビリティやWX-78の電気ショックで解除することができます。

• SnortoiseはPith Pikeのアビリティ技（Pyre Poker）でひっくり返すことができ、その間は石化や睡眠状態と同じように行動不能となります。
• スピンアタックは範囲が広い上移動も素早いため複数体で行われると大きな損害を被ります。まずはチームで一体ずつ確実に処理するよう心がけましょう。
  • 移動速度上昇アイテムを装備したりSnortoiseの直線的な動きに対して垂直方向に逃げるようにすれば攻撃を避けることができます。
  • スピンアタックがWX-78に当たった時、彼の特殊能力により感電して動きが止まることがあります。武器のアビリティを当てても動きを止めることはできますが、タイミングが難しいです。

トリビア[]

• Snortoiseのデータコードは"turtillus"ですが、通常のゲーム内でコンソールを使用して呼び出そうとするとエラーが発生します。
• Snortoiseは当初「Tortank」という名前でしたが現在の名称に変更されました。この名前はポケットモンスターのカメックスのフランス語表記と一致しており、おそらく権利的な問題で変更したと考えられます。
