基本的なシステムは過去に開催されたゴブラーの年、ヴァーグの年、ブタの王様の年、キャラットの年、ビーファローの年と同様で、イベントアイテムは奉納タブから作成することで得られます。ただし今回は作成できるアイテムが一部変更・追加され、アイテムの素材である幸運の金塊を手に入れる条件が変更されています。イベント期間外もこのイベントを行いたいときはワールド設定で「Seasonal Events」の項目を「Year of the Bunnyman」に設定してサーバーを建てましょう。

Bunnyman Shrine（バニーマンの社）はPrototypers & Stations Filter、Structures Filter、Special Event Filterから作成できる建造物であり、作成には金塊4つと板2つ必要です。プロトタイプを作成する必要は無く、いつでも作成可能です。
ここにニンジンを供えることで社は「稼働」状態となり、近くに立つと奉納タブを開くことができます。ここで通常の金塊やイベントアイテムである幸運の金塊を使って様々なアイテムを作成することができます。

Cozy Bunnymanは社にニンジンを備えると出現するモブです。社を取り囲むように9体のバニーマンが出現し、枕を敷いて夕方～夜の間パジャマパーティを始めます。彼らは酒瓶ルーレットの要領で親となるバニーマンがニンジンを回してルーレットを行い、ニンジンが止まった先のバニーマンに親が吐き出した毛玉を食べさせる遊びをします。

Pillow Fight Pitは、建造物です。地面に設置するとミニゲームである枕バトルの会場となります。Glove of Challengeで選手を募り、ベルを鳴らせば枕で殴り合うゲームを開始します。ルールは互いに枕で殴り合い、場外へと相手をはじき出せば勝ちとなります。このとき枕の武器を装備すればより大きく相手を吹っ飛ばすことができ、枕の防具を装備すれば自身は吹っ飛びにくくなります。枕の装備の効果は参加するバニーマンにも適用されているので、選手を募る際はなるべく自身の装備と同じぐらいの相手を選ぶと良いでしょう。
