New Kingdom Map

I already talked this to some leaders, but I decided to change the kingdom map.
We experienced KvK and CKW as well as monster players, it's now obvious we need an central alliance for fighting.
We lost the events badly because we didn't fight as a team. We tried a team fighting at the last CKW for the first time.
We lost, but I think everyone admit we did much better than the 1st CKW and it proved we need an central alliance.

It is ideal to have 3 alliances. One main fighting alliance and two support alliances.
However, there are not enough players to fill three alliances in K52 at the moment. Thus, we have an central alliance first.
As it takes time to create a new alliance and have alliance RSS to build flags and fortresses, we utilize K52W as an central alliance for the time being.
The central alliance will have exclusive occupation of EC, 4 arenas and 4 holy temples.
By gathering boosts and exclusive rewards, we help players who are willing to defend and fight for the kingdom to grow faster.
When there are any free spots we will allow normal players to join and get exclusive rewards during EC occupation.
Also, all players can visit the central alliance to get boosts for Research, Construction and Training.
This will also attract new players from the other kingdoms. As long as we keep the current kingdom map and system, no good players immigrate to this kingdom, but only rogue players to destroy the kingdom.

As to the rest of the fortresses, we distribute them to five alliances. Two exclusive fortress to each alliance.
I allocated them without changing the current territories as much as possible.
However, please note that this distributions will be changed when we have more players or new alliances.

By 12 hours before the next EC occupation, please take following actions.

1. Burn and clean up the flags and the fortresses of dead clans around.
2. Dismantle the flags around arenas
3. Build or remove flags of outside continent to have two exclusive fortress.
4. Please provide the list of player names who want to join the central alliance as a fighter.
(Players can stay their home alliance normally, but have to join the central alliance when we need to fight and during EC occupation.)
