■ Capital battle rules
 [Stage 1] From start to 1 hour
 It ends when the capital is occupied for 30 minutes in a row
 [Stage 2] From 1 hour after the start to 1.5 hours
 It ends when the capital is occupied for 15 minutes in a row
 [Stage 3] From 1.5 hours after the start to 2 hours
 It ends when the capital is occupied for 5 minutes in a row
 [Stage 4] 2 hours after the start
 It ends when the capital is occupied
 Note) Even if you enter the next stage during the occupation countdown
 The countdown will continue and when the Occupation Federation changes
 It will be the next stage countdown.

 Please report using the  League chat during the battle for the capital.

 ■ Precautions
 In order to concentrate the force, do not attack individually

 ■ Reconnaissance
 ・ Those who cannot participate but can see the situation
 ・ Those who participated but lost their strength
 ・ Those who participated but were tired
 The above people should scout the capital / silo and post the results on the League chat.
 If you paste too much, you will not be able to see the command, so
 Please use the capital and 4 silos evenly.

 [About the capital]
 ・ Stage 1: 0 hours to 1 hour
　 10 minutes before the occupation countdown
 　1 and 2 groups will be super-aggregated at the same time to occupy the capital.
 　Recall immediately after occupying and leave the capital.
 　The 3 groups will occupy the silo 15 minutes before the occupation countdown.
 ・ Stage 2: 1 hour to .1.5 hours
 　5 minutes before the occupation countdown
 　1 and 2 groups will be super-aggregated at the same time to occupy the capital.
 　Recall immediately after occupying and leave the capital.
 　3 groups will occupy the silo 10 minutes before the occupation countdown
 ・ Stage 3: 1.5 hours to 2 hours
 　Immediately after entering stage 3, groups 1 and 2 will be super-assembled at the same time to occupy the capital.
 　After occupying the capital, everyone will protect the capital.
 　3 groups occupy the silo.

 [About super gathering]
　 Super gathering is 10 people excluding the person who ended it, or
 　The number of units that can participate in the gathering excluding the person is up to 700.
 　The upper ranks are forming a group assuming that the number of serious units is about 80 on average.

 If your name is not listed here, please actively participate when it comes to gathering.
 It is better to have as a lot even one person on rally.
 However, if the main member cannot ride, we may refuse to rally.

 ・ If one group cannot participate in the gathering, two groups will participate.
 ・ The main or sub of one group should report "I'm going to gather".
 ・ If 1 group cannot be gathered, report "2 groups request"
