Maxwell Statue はAdventure Modeの全てのワールドで見られる建造物です。極稀に、Sandbox Modeでも見られます。Maxwell StatueはPickaxe、Opulent Pickaxe、Pick/Axeで採掘でき、破壊するとMarbleを手に入れることができます。
Maxwell Statueは、Maxwell?によってWesの見えない檻を施錠するのに使われています。

もし、プレイヤーがAdventure ModeのEpilogue: CheckmateにてMaxwell Statueを破壊した場合、像の周囲に3-4体のClockwork Monstersがスポーンし、プレイヤーのsanityレベルは0に著しく近付いてしまうでしょう。プレイヤーは自分のsanityを取り戻すため、速やかにそれらのモブたち全てをやっつけなければいけません。
しかしながら、プレイヤーがconsole commandを使ってMaxwell Statueをスポーンさせた場合や、Adventure Mode以外で像を見つけた場合には、像を壊しても先述のようなことは起こりません。

稀なケースとして、Pig FortressのGuardian Pigに厳重に守られた中にPig Kingに代わってMaxwell Statueが配置されることがあります。

トリビア[]

• この建造物はA Little Rain Must Fallアップデートから追加されていましたが、自然に生成されるようになったのはDoorway to Adventureアップデートからでした。

バグ[]

• Wilsonでプレイしていて、Maxwell Statueが壊れかけのときに像を調べると、セリフが像を調べたときのセリフではなく"I hate that guy"になるときがあります。
