energy and AI living right relationship

    point:

    1⃣ when AI number more than human, AI number limited by energy consume

    2⃣ when AI use energy & data server, space development is good.

    3⃣ space law necessary to start space development

    4⃣ country may necessary to protect space law

    5⃣ when each country power become too small, space law may hard to control

    => lets solve bankrupt of governments, to start space development
