    why space development, necessary ?

    ① population problem on planet

    ② consume resource speed > create resource speed    problem

    ③ lack of energy problem, with heat emission ~= energy use   

        ( no more worry about global warming ! )

    ② law about transportation

    ③ law about space ship shape, that can enter space port

    ④ law when confliction happens
