A player knows the choices made by the previous players when making their choice, except as specified in 101.4a.

Innocent Blood.When the spell resolves, active player makes a choice as to what creature they will sacrifice. Nonactive player can use that information when making a choice as to what creature she sacrifices, then both players sacrifice the creatures simultaneously.
